Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returns due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Earrings and other intimate items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, except in cases where we made an error.
- Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact us at support@yoursoulplace.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
2. If the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, provide clear photos or videos as evidence to support your claim.
3. Once your return request is approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund, store credit, or replacement within 3-5 business days.
Our Responsibility:
- If we sent the wrong item, a defective product, or an item that doesn’t match the description, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
Customer Responsibility:
- If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or want an exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds for these cases will be issued as store credit only.
- Once your order is marked as “delivered” or “ready for pickup,” responsibility for the package shifts to the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced items after this point.
Additional Terms:
- All orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed automatically.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or issues arising after delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
- Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
