If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we'll exchange it, replace it or refund your money within 60 days of purchase. Simply contact us and we’ll take care of you.
60 Days Unconditional Refund Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from Your Soul Place, simply contact our Support Center. You can return the product within 60 days after receiving it. Please note we do not cover the costs for returns nor provide pre-paid shipping labels.
Steps to contact us:
Please contact us immediately at our Support Center describing the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. In the unlikely event you receive a defective, incorrect or not as described item(s), please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. These are our solutions:
1. Our responsibility
- If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or an exchange.
- Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or resend free-of-charge a replacement at our expense.
2. Customer's responsibility
- If you ordered an incorrect size, color, changed or mind or simply wants to exchange the item, we will gladly accept a return and issue out a replacement of your desired option or refund the original product cost through store credit upon receiving the returned item.
- Please kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, in an unused condition in order to qualify for a refund.
Terms & Conditions
To begin initiating a return, within 60 calendar days of delivery, please reach out to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the return.
- We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
- Our Returns Policy does not apply to earrings due to hygienic reasons. But rest assured that if we made a mistake with your order, we will always resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
- We only provide store credit for returned items.
- All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging intact to be eligible for refund.
- Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by us cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
- We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping, unless we are responsible for the issue.
- We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive. We allow up to 1 hour from when the order has been placed in order to request a cancellation. Please understand that we might not be able to cancel your order any time beyond that as we do our best to process and ship out items as fast as possible. If we do manage to still have the time to cancel your order, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
- The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
